Order at least 3 days before a GoLeap trip and your trip lead hands it over at the meeting point. Free.
Pass members pay less
Adventure Pass members get member prices, and the brass Pass tag is theirs alone. The pass

Questions
When will it reach me?
We pack orders within 2–3 working days. Couriers then take 5–7 working days to metro cities and 7–14 elsewhere in India, and we email the tracking details when it leaves us. Delivery is ₹79, free over ₹999.
How does collecting it on a trip work?
Book any GoLeap trip at least 3 days before it leaves, choose "Collect on your trip" at checkout, and your trip lead hands it to you at the meeting point. There's nothing to pay for delivery.
What do Adventure Pass members get?
Member prices on GoLeap's own merch, and the brass Adventure Pass tag, which only members can buy. Your member price shows once you're signed in.
Something's wrong with my order. What now?
Write to help@goleap.me with your order number within 48 hours of delivery, with photos if it arrived damaged. We cover the return of anything faulty or wrong; for a change of mind, return shipping is on you.
Who sells the partner gear?
Partner gear is sold by the partner on their own site, at their price; we only pick what our trip leads would pack. Anything you buy there is between you and them.
