Yes. Every operator listed on GoLeap is vetted for licensing, safety practices, and service history before they can publish listings. Operators must maintain safety and customer-experience standards to continue partnering with us.

Refund and cancellation policies depend on the operator and the type of activity, and are shown on each booking flow. Where applicable, cancellations can be initiated from your booked tickets section up to the cutoff time published on the listing.
